About Us
NATIONS GROUP is a consulting firm that works in four areas of activity: executive searches, selection processes for mid-level management, coaching/training, and compensation and benefit studies.

The company was created in the year of 2002 by three partners with a great deal of experience in selecting and searching for managers and executives. It currently has offices in Madrid, where it carries out projects for searches, selections and coaching, both inside of Spain and in other countries (either directly through Nations Group or through E-Search International, a network of human resources consultancies to which Nations Group belongs).

Our efforts are aimed at seeking the best professionals in the briefest amount of time possible, as well as providing training for both executives and mid-level managers, whether through coaching or training processes.

The partners, being an active part of the Nations Group team, are very much involved in the projects carried out, which ensures high standards of quality and an ongoing attempt to gain more in-depth knowledge of the entities with which we work, while establishing medium and long-term professional relationships with them.
