We believe that a profound knowledge of the sectors in which our searches are performed is fundamental to carrying out projects successfully.

This is the reason why the Nations Group team is organized by SECTORS, in such a way that, for each process to be completed, the partner and expert consultants in one area are the people who carry out the project in question.

Similarly, we believe that conveying information between Nations Group and clients on a constant basis is one of the keys to achieving success. Because of this, from the very outset we take responsibility for keeping clients informed of how processes are moving forward and any aspects related with them which might be relevant.

Depending upon the profile sought out, we meet with the client to discuss how the project will be undertaken, whether through a direct search or a selection process.

In general, the direct search methodology, also known as “head-hunting,” is used in processes in which the profile being searched for is an Executive and/or those positions whose features are so specific that the most appropriate professional must be sought from within a series of companies chosen in conjunction with the client.

The selection method is used more commonly for mid-level management profiles, through an advertisement in the press and on websites, as well as our database, which usually provides excellent results.
